| We make every effort to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. Our "Fitting Room" will help if you are unsure of your size and our staff will be happy to advise you over the phone. However, if you are unhappy with the garment when it arrives, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Please return the garment unworn, with labels intact within 1 month. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Naturally for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept garments that have been worn. So please try briefs on over your own. Please follow the following steps for returns: 1. Email Us to advise us of your return. If you need an exchange please also tell us what you require so that we can set it aside for you. 2. Post your
garments with your invoice and a note of the refund/exchange you
require to the following address: 3. On receipt of your return we will email you to confirm the refund or exchange has taken place 4. Your Credit Card will be refunded within 3 working days. Your exchange should arrive within 3 working days. Please also remember that all manufacturers specify that underwired bras are hand washed only. Washing machines tend to damage the bra. The most common repair on a washing machine is the removal of bra wire from the back of the drum: you have been warned! However, for those who can't face hand washing we do sell "Lingerie Wash Bags" designed to protect bras and delicate garments from the machine. Please feel
