Fitting
Guide
1. Your
Back Size.
Measure in
centimetres around your body, underneath your breasts. The tape
measure should be pulled as tight as your bra strap would be.

The most common
mistake is wearing too big a back size where the strap will ride
up your back. It should be firm but comfortable.

2. Your
Cup Fitting.
Cup sizes
run A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, from smallest to largest.
Whilst it
is possible to calculate a cup size with a tape measure it is
not very reliable. The best way to judge your cup size is from
the bra you currently wear.
The wires
should lie flat against your rib cage and your breasts should
be fully enclosed in the cups smoothly.
The most common
mistake is wearing a cup size which is too small. If you are bulging
at the top or sides, or the wires are standing away from your
chest, your cup size is too small.
If the cup
is wrinkling at the top or sides, then the cup size is too big.
Brief
Fitting
Manufacturers
also vary in their sizing for Small, Medium, Large, etc. The guide
below is the usual sizing and the best to assume.
Small = Size
10/12
Medium = Size 12/14
Large = Size 14/16
X Large = Size 16/18
Please remember
to initially try on briefs over your own, in case you need to
return for a different size. Any returned garments must still
have their tags attached.
